The fight against corruption is not only something that must be done in
the present, but also thinking of the future ahead of us. It is
therefore important to involve the younger generations, be it teenage
youths, university students, or young professionals, in the fight
against corruption.
This category seeks to recognize and encourage those projects designed
and led by or for young people and, where applicable, supported by
non-governmental organizations or civil society.
The projects could range from anti-corruption initiatives led by youth,
summer camps or schools and awareness raising campaigns coordinated by
youths.
What matters most is that the development and leadership in the
implementation of individual or collective activities, projects or
initiatives designed to raise awareness, propose new solutions
preventing and combating corruption among young people or society at
large.
Your nomination will shine a light on the work of those fighting against the effects of corruption in their communities, and send a message to these heroic individuals and organizations that their work is being noticed and appreciated.
